1. What is the ProArt Masters Talks program?

ProArt Masters Talks is ASUS ProArt’s curated hub for creators, delivering expert-led masterclasses. Join the ProArt Masters Talks promotion to unlock premium content and learn practical, real-world techniques for editing, motion graphics, and color grading. Elevate your skills and transform your next project.

2. Who is this program for?

ProArt Masters Talks is for creators at every level—students, hobbyists, freelancers, and professionals.

3. Is it free to join?

The ProArt Masters Talks program features free content as well as premium masterclasses. During the ProArt Masters Talks promotion, users who purchase an eligible ProArt product can unlock complimentary access to premium masterclasses by registering their ProArt product on the promotion event site. Free content can be accessed by either joining or logging in as an existing ASUS member.

4. When is the product registration period?

The product registration period runs from May 20 to September 30, 2026. Please submit your product registration within these dates to get the offer.

5. Which ASUS ProArt products are eligible for the promotion?

ProArt products from the following categories are eligible for the promotion: Displays, Motherboards, Graphics Cards, AIO Coolers, Cases & Fans, Routers & Switches, and SSD Enclosures. Please refer to the Eligible Products section on the promotion page for the final model list.

6. In which countries is the promotion available?

The promotion is available in participating countries only. Please refer to the Participating Countries section on the promotion page for the official list.

7. How do I unlock premium masterclasses during the promotion?

Visit the ProArt Masters Talks bundle promotion page and follow the steps below to unlock access:

Step 1: Click Register on the promotion page and sign into (or create) your ASUS member account.
Step 2: Enter your product serial number (SN) and upload a copy of your receipt.
Step 3: Once your eligibility is confirmed, a confirmation email with the ProArt Masters Talks link will be sent within two business days.
Step 4: Sign in to the ProArt Masters Talks website using the same ASUS member account to access the masterclasses.

8. I registered successfully, but I can’t access the premium masterclasses. What should I do?

Make sure you are signed in with the same ASUS member account used for redemption, then refresh the page. If the issue continues, try these steps: 1) clear your browser cache; 2) use a different browser/device; 3) temporarily disable VPN/ad blockers. If you still can’t access the content, contact proartmasterstalks@asus.com and include a screenshot of the error message you’re seeing.

9. Who can I contact if I have trouble claiming the offer?

Please contact proartmasterstalks@asus.com with any questions. Include your ASUS member email, product model, serial number (SN), the promotion page/country, and any other relevant info and/or screenshots.
